optimization tools such as mathematical Programming, Dynamic
Programming, Linear Programming, etc;
. Computational Fluid Dynamics simulations to investigate possibility of
erosion, and to generate flow data for calibration of flow rating
equations at major water control structures in South Florida.
. Development of comprehensive project management information systems to
manage large-scale projects in Haiti, including the Storm Water
Drainage of the City of Port-au-Prince (over $150 millions);
. Development and implementation of flow computation algorithms for flow
monitoring at various types of water control structures;
. Design of water control structures including pumps, canals, culverts
and spillways for flood control and eco-system restoration projects in
South Florida;
. Water resource systems analysis and development of real-time reservoir
