Tower Clerk 2007-2010

My duties as a Tower Clerk include data entry of bills and manifests,

and customer service. Other duties include the arrival inbound

manifests and the closure of outbound manifests. All manifests are

tracked on Microsoft Excel upon arrival and completion of inbound and

outbound loads. Tower Clerks communicate with Dispatch, the Dock

Supervisors, and Customer Service on a daily basis to ensure freight is

properly moved to the next location.

Sales and Operations Assistant 2007-2010

I supported the sales team and helping meet the needs of customers. I

delivered rates and spot rates on shipments moving out of the region.

I developed spreadsheets in support of the sales team, operations team,

and customer needs. I booked shipments in Forward Air's interface for

customers. I established relationships with customers by providing

excellent communication and support.

I am currently on the relief list as a Direct Service Employee for REM

Ohio, Inc. REM Ohio, Inc. provides homes and direct services for

MR/DD. While working in the home environments I provide guidance to

these individuals to help ensure of their happiness and welfare. I

help to provide necessary skills training for everyday life. I provide

individuals in the home with direct care services. I ensure that all

of their medications are taken on a timely basis according to doctor's

instructions. I provide leadership and friendship to the individuals

My responsibilities included: coordinating programs and implementing

programs for the individuals living in the home. I supervised a staff

duties include support to the staff and the individuals in the home. I

Sales Consultant Representative

I worked as a sale consultant representative at Cingular Wireless

during my time with the company. My responsibilities included customer

support and sales of cellular services. I found solutions for every

customer's wireless needs to ensure that the customer is satisfied. I

provide customer support for wireless related issues to ensure quality

of services provided. I am also responsible for handling money

transactions.

Safelite Auto Glass Inc., Columbus, OH 2000-2002

Customer service representative

Handled insurance claims for closed insurance companies. Took claims

for a multitude of insurance companies. Handled auto glass claims for

Progressive, Nationwide, Safeco, and Geico. Handled home owners and

auto insurance during after hours for several companies including; AIG,

Hanover and Citizens, Guide One, Idaho Farmers Bureau, and Ohio

Causality. Responsibilities included taking the claim, keeping the

customer calm (if upset), making sure the claim went to the right

department, and setting appointments for auto glass repair and

replacement. During this position I was working on my four year

degree.

Max & Erma's, Columbus, OH 1995-2000

Hostess, Busser, Server

While working as a hostess I conducted customer service by seating,

answering telephones, and tending to customer needs in a timely manner.

As a hostess I helped customers to the correct sections of the

restaurant. I was responsible for answering questions and a multi-line

phone. As a server and a hostess I was responsible for serving the

customer with the highest level of satisfaction possible.
