organization in maximizing its customer relations and operational

As you can see from my resume, I earned my Associate's Degree in Business

Administration and have ten years progressive experience supporting

operations in retail, branch banking and legal copying and scanning. I

received my Bachelors Degree in Business Administration in 2006. At Ajay

Glass I, am the administrative assistant and receptionist for the company.

I match purchase orders to the invoices and distribute per job. I assist in

payroll functions and support project managers and staff as needed. I am

well organized and a quick learner. At Parlec, I was the administrator for

inside sales department. I answered all calls for customer service and

directed them as needed. I entered all purchase orders in system and sent

confirmations to customers. At Rochester Colonial, I was the main support

for the commercial department and the Heartwood division. I was the office

coordinator for the outside sales representative. I coordinated his

schedule and directed his calls as needed. I answered all the calls that

come through the commercial department and directed them as needed. I have

the ability to multi-task, establish priorities, work independently and

proceed with objectives without supervision. At DocuLegal I was the

Receptionist/Administrative Assistant for the company. I performed a broad

range of functions, including answering phones, sending out letters, faxing

aged invoices, and entering information into a spreadsheet. At J.P.

Morgan Chase Bank I was highly effective in managing a large volume of

financial transactions and maintaining banking relations with major

commercial customers.
