2009

Responsibilities included billing all Medicare and Insurance, cash

receipts, ancillaries and assistance with month end. After sale of

facility, remained on staff to negotiate final Medicaid adjudications.

o Wrote macro that converted a GL report to an Excel spreadsheet saving 2

hours per week.

o Brought third party billing in-house and cleaned up, collected accounts

receivable.

o Saved 200K through final negotiations with state on Medicaid

adjudications.

o Eliminated a cost to charge ratio problem by preparing easy to understand

executive reports that identified missing indirect charges in our pricing

strategy resulting in savings of $160,000 per year.
