Provided leadership to a cross functional team of twenty employees by serving as Safety

Committee Chair. Led the team in supporting the plant achieve a TIR of .8 by increasing the

number of safety work orders submitted > 400% by targeting defects and driving them out of

the operation.

• Implemented pedestrian walkways across the span of three buildings totaling 174,000

square feet. Pedestrian walkways reduced all three of the risks associated with
