construction industry and to the legal community.
Project Manager
. Managed a team of independent Consultants, in the area of IT Security,
SQL development, C++ Programmers, and .Net Framework resources. After
Building such team; created a Case Management System to fulfill the
requirements for the Construction Litigation Community to prepare for
Court Cases that are in dispute in California, Arizona and Nevada.

Virtual Chief Technology Officer
. Built and directed a NOC to monitor and manage approximately 60 small to
medium businesses in Southern California. Performed as an external
advocate to most of these 60 businesses as a virtual CTO, lowering their
total cost of ownership to decease and manage their IT budgets. Monthly
meetings with the Client's Stake Holders and gathering their Service
Level Objectives allowed us modify and adjust our NOC to achieve Service

operations to increase profitability. During this relocation phase;

businesses, primarily in Southern California.
Project and Delivery Manager
. Managed several vendors and internal technical resources to implement and
automate water consumption measures and billing process for the city in
Northern California. Scope included a schedule and perform to replace all
water meters for the commercial and residential consumers. Backbone
Infrastructure was designed to handle the data transfers from each water
meter wirelessly 4 times a day and data was transferred to a SQL based
billing system. Project initiation and startup efforts took 6 months to
finalize. It was executed, monitored and closed in 3 months for rapid
deployment. Vendors worked directly with the district for procurement of

. Initiated and started a project for a nationwide shipping broker to
create a web based application to provide quotes and low cost options for
such freights to their clients. Back end consisted of HP servers, with SQL
database and PHP scripting language, worked with over external shipping
companies and their IT organizations to orchestrate the efforts.

within the Hoag Medical System. Streamlined processes to eliminate manual
paper based medical records to electronically managed environment within
the HIPPA regulations, which included patient information, medical

proven; leased per licensed application that was designed with thin client

Principal
. As the Competency Principal, I was responsible for a portfolio of
IT Infrastructure projects throughout Western United States. I
carried underwriting responsibilities for $60M portfolio annually
through 24 Project Managers.
. Initiated and performed PM duties to design, deploy and manage kiosks
nationally to measure fitness information for school children from
Kindergarten through 12th Grade. Managed Proof of Concept and Design phase
as well as Underwriters Laboratories Standard (UL) Certification process
with IBM's internal design department from Chicago. Based on the final and
approved kiosk, after the Initiation and Planning process, I turned it
over to a Local Project Manager from Utah for the deliverables per the
contract. Approximately 1400 Kiosks were deployed in State of Utah

. Implemented a VoIP system for an International shipping company
headquartered locally in Irvine with their NOC in Colorado. Utilized Cisco
and Microsoft technologies. Project was considered to be a rapid
deployment approach with sensitive timelines to the International major
stock holders. It was staffed with a Project Manager as well as a Deputy
Project Manager to achieve Schedule, Cost, Quality and Communications

. Designed and managed an ASP program to deliver applications to SMB space.
Utilizing Cisco, Microsoft and Citrix Technologies partnering with a Tier
1 Data Center in Colorado. Directed a technical team that consisted of 13
engineers. While the efforts at the Data Center was underway; Created a
help desk environment in conjunction with Network operating center to
handle 24/7 hosting operations. Implemented a formal Change Control
Process for the production environment that mapped directly to ITIL

Project Manager
. Managed Y2K readiness and integration for a major hotel chain in East
Coast (US), Canada and Europe. Managed a multinational multilingual
team consisted of 36 Wang employees as well some hybrid subcontractors
to fill in the gaps per the schedule. Required patches and upgrades
for the Infrastructure were performed. Subsequent to Y2K initiative,
deployed food and beverage application after it was piloted in
Toronto, Canada for 6 months. Entire project's duration was 18 months.
. Managed a deployment of 45,000 desktops which included international
images and software license management challenges. This was for a
large Petroleum company in Dallas TX, Dell was the standard hardware
vendor. We utilized Dell's Configuration Center in Austin TX.
Deployment included 13 Countries in both South and North America.
