exhibition information from TMS database. Also

updating the TMS database with artists'

copyright information.

Ordered supplies for the departments; provide

weekly maintenance of staff's timesheets,

travel advance request and expense reports.

Also coordinated hotel rooms and travel

arrangements for visiting couriers.
