CONTROLLER

A private hotel company, owning, managing and constructing hotels under

different franchise brands. These hotels to include various brands within

Marriott, Hilton and Choice Hotels. Accomplishments to include but not

. Created centralized in-house accounting department, replacing prior

outsourced functions.

. Prepared total annual budget of $13M for all entities.

. Created control system for detailed payroll and inventories for every

unit.

refinancing of the company.

STAFF ACCOUNTANT

A Public Company, Source Media, filed for bankruptcy and Bluestreak Media

formed as a private company. Company's products were on line streaming

audio, news paper and radio advertising. My duties were to include:

. Reconciled General Ledger and Balance Sheet accounts on a monthly

basis.

. Reconcile bank statements and updated balances for prior 6 months;

identifying bank and posting errors.

. Analyzed cash flow and report to the Controller and CFO.

. Assisted the Controller with preparation of $12M annual budget.

Prior to working with Bluestreak Media, held managerial and supervisory

positions in multiple "hotels" which provided the experience and ability to

make timely and effective decisions and execute them.
