Presently reside in Franklin, Tennessee. Born in Decatur, Georgia.

Have resided in the state of Tennessee since 1978.

EMPLOYMENT

Formed Thompson Law Group, PLLC in August, 2009. Shuttleworth

Williams, PLLC from January 2002 until August, 2009, 301 South Perimeter

Park Drive, Suite 218, Nashville, Tn. 37211. Currently licensed in

Tennessee in all state courts and in the Federal Court Middle, Western and

Eastern District and the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals. Present legal

practice includes personal injury and auto, workers compensation, domestic

law, medical malpractice, products liability, social security, insurance

litigation, real estate and employment law including FLSA. Approximately

50% involves representing plaintiffs and 50% representing defendants.

Managing partner in Rutherford County Title, LLC for the year 2002.

Involved with the management of day to day operations, assisted with

closing transactions with clients. Recently established Blackacre Title &

Escrow, LLC with plans to start up in 2009.

February 1994 to December 2001 - In private practice under the name

of The Law Office of Christopher K. Thompson.

October 1993 to February 1994 - Employed by Law Office of Gary Gober,

Nashville, Tn. This office primarily represented plaintiffs in workers

compensation cases.

January 1985 to October 1993 - Employed by CNA Insurance Co. as a

claim specialist and claim supervisor. Areas of work included workers

compensation, subrogation and malpractice.

1978 to 1985 - Employed by Wausau Insurance Co. as a Senior Claims

Adjuster in Knoxville, Tn. Investigated a variety of casualty losses,

including personal injury, workers compensation and insurance coverage

related losses.
