Responsible for managing a group home with five residents. Responsibilities included:

Direct-care of individuals with developmental disabilities over the age of 50, medical case

management, human rights advocacy, and medication administration. Coordinated the design,

implementation, and documentation of all Individual Support Plans (ISP) based on assessments,

objectives, and goals. Provided required Department of Developmental Services (DDS)

documentation in an accurate, neat, and timely fashion. Participated in program site and vehicle

maintenance and up-keep as per established routine. Acted as primary contact during conditioned

hours of work. Implemented and supervised rent collection and all household expenditures based

on individual Funds Supervision Agreements. Interacted and worked positively with client families,

DDS Service Coordinators, Day Program Staff, and other agencies providing services to

individuals residing at the group home. In all individual- related interpersonal interactions,

promoted the service principles of rights and dignity, individual control, inclusion with a focus on

community membership, decision making, relationships, personal growth, and personal well-

being. Maintained all required agency and state trainings.
