> Inspection carried out as per standards.

> Ensure that all job has been done as per client and drawing than

proceed inspection activities.

> Verify daily welding production reports and ensure compliance to NDT

requirements.

> Maintain record of inspection and testing.

> Prepare inspection release report.

> Attend Daily/Weekly/Monthly meeting with client to clarify all

technical issues.

> Review of Material verification, all stages of inspection, Dimensional

inspection, and Welding inspection.

> Supervise NDT and hardness test and analyze findings & raise report

where necessary.

> Perform initial inspection and raise report.

> Interact with customers and attend to their needs.

> Files update of all quality records in the department.

> Execute the specific inspections on materials, equipment's and

construction/installation activities on site.

> Implementation of Inspections Test Plan according to Clients

requirements

> Co-operation with client & customer.

> Review of NDE Method.

NDT INSPECTION

. Ultrasonic, Radiography, Penetrant and Magnetic Particle

Testing of Valves and Pipes.

. NDT Symbols.

. Radiography of fabricated weld joint of pipes using gamma

ray.

. UT lamination and Thickness survey gauges both erosion and

corrosion components, valves, Pipes .

. Functional as UT gauging Inspector for doing corrosion

survey of machine vessels according to classification

. Preparation and submission of reports & Co-ordination with

clients.

. Having good knowledge of Radiographic Film Interpretation.
