Machine Operator / I nspector
• Start up the machine with the Siemens computer box, then line up the robotic arm with the Siemens
box, and clean out robotic needle, make sure line up carefully and don’t crash and break needle.
• Made sure all stations are working properly.
• Once assembled check for properly assembly, check for end cap dents, CV joint cracks, proper grease
amount, proper boot on both ends.
• Used calipers to measure thickness, used several different push and pull machines to check the grease
amount and movement.

• Made sure all components matched the work order before soldering them on the board.
• Used solder gun and wire, as well as clippers.

• Used tape measure to measure the length, width, and the slits on bottom of the bags.

• As the yarn came off the machines, would inspect for mixed yarn, broken strands, proper cone or tube
color.
• Made sure to put the correct label on the cone of yarn, made sure the label was correct first per work
sheet.
• Once inspected put in buggy and once buggy was full put in the steamer to be steamed, and after being
steamed let cool.
• Would pack the yarn in different size boxes, then push on conveyor, once at the computer would type in
the yarn count and print out the box label, and put the label on the box. And close box and run it
through the strapper to close it tight.
