home logging on to their server daily. I made all the requirements even passed the 25 claims per

hour at times.

Responsibilities: Hired as a data entry clerk to manually input medical claims into the system.

Three months in the position, I was promoted to Auditor of the BLX team. Two months after that I

was promoted to a claims processor, paying the actual medical claims per policy previsions’. Than

I was promoted to Team lead assisting the manager and helping the others with questions on my

team, also worked with the Clients and did training with new hires. From there I was promoted to

Auditor of the claim processors, training with new procedures, reporting the errors of the team and

production. Working with anyone that was struggling, I would help them to bring up their quality

and production to assure that the Team would meet their goals. I would also report these figures

directly to the Manager and Director. I would also work with the Clients that we were paying claims

for. Reason for leaving: I worked on a

Team of 28 to help with overload of claims for Health Mart. Health Mart offered 5 people a

permanent position with their company working from home; I as one of the 5 chosen and hired.

Responsibilities: Office Manager. Duties included A/R, A/P, Payroll, ordering parts for the

mechanics, sales of used cars; I also worked the Auction with sales and purchases of cars for the

lot. All Bookkeeping duties, HR duties, bank deposits, daily receipts and wash out sheets on

inventory of the cars sold and purchased.

Reason for leaving: Business closed.

General office duties and HR duties. I had also worked in the parts department order entry,

shipping and receiving, inventory.

Reason for leaving: I was at the top of my pay scale with no room for advancement available, than

I took the Office Managers job for Car Bazaar.

Responsibilities: At the age of 14 I had a crew to clean boats at the shows daily. At the age of 16 I

still had this responsibility plus I worked in the parts department part time. I worked the counter,

shipping and receiving, inventory, ordering parts, data entry. Upon graduation from High School I

went full time.
