LDPE, BOPP and LE. These products have been designed for specific utility and have

proliferated in the most respected retail chains and modern trade across the world its sense of

pride and privilege that Narendra plastics manufactures these products.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Analysis of the specifications provided by the clients.

• Preparation of detailed functional documents.

• Configured as per company standards.

Some of the objects developed and delivered

• Collecting requirements from users, creation of blue print.

• Configuration Sales Document Types, Item Categories, Schedule Line Categories,

Delivery Document Types, Delivery Item Category, Invoice and Billing Process.

• Prepared a detailed document of AS-IS study and developed the detailed TO-BE

processes to suit the company’s operations.

• Defined & Assigned Enterprise Structure which include Sales organization, distribution

channel, division, sales offices, sales group and shipping points.
