Save Mart (Formally Albertsons)

Bakery Clerk 08/06-Current

* Opened the department by filling the tables and putting out

all of the breads, turnovers, and other freshly baked items

out on the sales floor.

* Closed the department by baking different batches of bread

through out the night, broke out different items for the

baker in the morning, as well as filling the tables, doing

any necessary cleaning, and finishing off the other tasks

that were not finished through out the day.

* Decorated Cakes, help the cake decorator with her back up

cakes, as well as making custom cakes when needed, and

writing on cakes for walk in customers.

Floral Clerk 10/08-04/10

* Worked with handling all of the floral responsibilities,

making sure that all of the plants were watered each day,

placed all of the orders in order to make sure everything

on the floor, including plants, cut flowers, balloons,

vases, and more were always fully stalked. As well as

keeping the whole department well maintained, and managing

other employees when the came over on the holidays to help

out.

* Helped make sure all of the supplies were always stalked

in the bathroom and in the check stands.

class through DecoPac, and Brill giving me a basic level of knowledge and

skills for cake decorating.
