Received training and recertification to test airport
security baggage personnel from Homeland Security SME's
Using Homeland Security procedures, tested each baggage
screener on 6 tests.
Rated each screener based on their knowledge and scored them
on a PDA.
Downloaded scores to main computer to determine pass or
fail.
Retrained failed personnel and retested the following day.
As lead, responsible for all scores being downloaded, all
equipment being returned to lockbox and discussion of daily
statistics with district manager.
2002-2003 - Contract AIS - OJT Training

Certified by SME's on baggage screening equipment
Responsible for 6-8 assessors training checked baggage
screeners on the job.
Unlocked and set up all screener machines for activities for
the shift and shut down /locked them after shift.
Watched activities of assessors and baggage screeners for
correct procedures.
Served as assessor during breaks.
Made final decisions if luggage needed to be open and hand
screened.
Worked with passengers on their issues, trying to keep anger
management to a minimum.
