. Responsible for growing the pharmacy division by using traditional
and non-traditional recruiting methods to recruit pharmacists and
pharmacy technicians to fill job vacancies. Marketed viable
candidates to retail, hospital, mail order, and specialty
pharmacies. Cold called, recruited, interviewed, and scheduled all
employees at various clients. When the market became saturated with
pharmacists and our clients quit using placement agencies, then I
moved into the nursing and allied divisions to help them recruit
RNs, CNAs, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and allied
