and constructed in phases and building on one campus of 17 acres
consisting of a classroom building and assembly building.
Responsibilities included mobilization, document control, procurement
of construction contracts, permitting, submittal review and LEED
management for contractor submissions.

Winter Properties. Responsibilities included mobilization, design
review, and coordination subcontractors for demolition of existing
