Influenced GoM joint venture projects as non-operator for a new drill

target, bust field production for existing fields. Led non-operating field

development and secured a development well AFEed for non-operating

Exploration DW / DG for Paleogene, Miocene, Cretaceous reservoirs based on

modeling and analogue studies. Provided support for Deepwater and DeepGas

(XHPHT) teams during tenure. Maintained multi to $200M dollar GoM discover

wells including technical processes, analogue studies, fluid

sampling/storage, and test assessment.

. Instrumental in five out of six successful exploration discoveries,

surpassing 25% industry standard, by confidently leading pre-drilling and

post well evaluation.

. Championed the probability of a naturally fractured reservoir to showcase

high recovery scenario for the Tucker discover with exhausted

Served as a key process owner and primary focal point for all SEPCo

planning process. Provided support for Economists tasked with construction.

Ensured tool set/systems were aligned appropriately and integrity was

upheld for SEPCo's and EPX submission. Oversaw latest view and plan for

SEPCo North America. Drafted and published a detailed financial workbook.

Led PVT research project accountable for numerical investigation of PVT

sample quality for gas condensate reservoir against Shell internal

reservoir simulator. Appointed to Reserve Review Team Leader to manage six

RE crew RCAN members and 15 SPDC local reservoir engineers at SPDC Nigeria

and assisted six assets, 90+ reserves, and internal review work.

Facilitated internal reservoir simulator testing and integrated

subsurface/surface reservoir modeling.

KEY HIGHLIGHTS

. Presented with the highest company award at level 3B from EPT-Research

director Paul Ching, along with a personal appreciation letter from Shell

EP CEO Malcolm Brinded, for the on-time delivery of $1M project.

. Instrumental in applying compositional modeling to investigate an oil-

based mud (OBM) contamination problem, thus attaining a MoReS model. Held

leading edge on best practice for GoM sampling.

. Introduced a cross company global PVT data base to collect data from

Shell Nigeria and offering a rich reservoir analogue database to the

Reservoir Engineers works in deepwater.

Senior Reservoir Engineer, the Netherlands, 2001-2004

Managed field development study for NAM (50% Shell, 50% Exxon Mobil) assets

in the Netherlands. Developed a field reservoir simulation model for DA-OH

ZEZ2C tight gas carbonate reservoir. Initiated and successfully modeled

dual k, naturally fractured reservoir with POLY3D fracture prediction

package, achieved 70% of infill drilling success with high angle drilling.

Managed planning phase for tight gas fields at NAM in east of the

Netherlands

Administered yearly business and asset reference plan with (GENREM), an

integrated subsurface/surface simulator for asset business planning.

. Established new records during planning of surface/subsurface integrated

model for annual business objectives with an inclusion of operations at

field to well level.

. Achieved 70% oil success at the naturally fractured reservoir by

proposing and implementing dual porosity, a dual permeability reservoir

simulation model for infill drilling into carbonate reservoir, and

maximized the rate for a well penetrated fracture.

. Researched and delivered short and medium-term development projects.

. Monitored field and reservoir performance and conducted well testing

Administered a reservoir feasibility study for a $15B proposed project for

China's west to east pipeline. Built a 3D geological models for two of the

seven gas/gas condensate reservoirs of Terim Basin utilizing Landmark

StrataSim Model. Collaboratively constructed a static geological model in

Petrel to deliver rapid decisions for access to W2E China 4000 kilometer

pipeline project...

Senior Project Reservoir Engineer

Managed multiple reservoir projects including Alaska Prudhoe Bay 40 acre

FFM reservoir simulation study, west TX gas field reservoir integrated

modeling study, and east TX major field, i.e.Hawkins oil field (over 1000

producers) reservoir management, and practice. For Alaska Prudhoe Bay FFM

study, accountable for simulating history matching, prediction, and surface

facility with scenario studies till the model passed onto Prudhoe Bay

operation unit.

Oversaw 160-acre non/mixing injection (WAG) reservoir simulation model,

built 40-acre spacing model, including one-tracer to five-tracer model,

applied well management strategy, and prepared hydraulic table for MARS/Rex

simulator conversion.

KEY HIGHLIGHTS

. Collaboratively launched a $5M, 40-acre, full-field reservoir simulation

model for Prudhoe Alaska, containing thousands of producers and

injectors.

. Successfully identified multiple re-completion opportunities for the

Hawkins field of the East of Texas by examining hundreds of well logs,

measuring the rapid movement of WOC, thus achieving day-to-day targeted

production for 70-year-old fields at its target rate.
