architecture support for Centers of Medicaid and Medicare Services (CMS).

Responsible for managing a team of Business Objects universe and report

developers to build a Teradata data warehouse reporting environment for

CMS. Architected the Business Objects XI R2 environment across multiple

servers and multiple environments.

Guident Technologies, Inc Principal consultant Jul 2006 - Jul 2007

Senior member of the technical staff providing support to the Department of

Defense. Responsible for account growth, project management, and hands-on

technical support in the area of Business Intelligence.

> Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) - Responsible for leading the

Business Intelligence (BI) team in the implementation of a web-based BI

application utilizing the Business Objects suite of products. Designed

and developed the first phase of the User Defined Operational Picture

(UDOP) to monitor and report attacks on military network assets. Held an

Interim Top Secret clearance for this position.

ELECTRONIC DATA SYSTEMS (EDS) Systems Architect May 2002 - Jul

2006

Senior member of the Navy Support team providing leadership and development

expertise for both NMCI and non-NMCI projects. Select projects include:

> Navy ASN(RD&A) Dashboard Migration - Designed and developed an executive

decision support system for the Navy ASN(RD&A) using Microsoft SQL

Reporting Services and SQL Server 2000. Migrated a Business Objects

Enterprise 6 application to SQL Reporting Services. Developed stored

procedures, triggers, and views using SQL Server 2000 to support the BI

application. Responsible for the design and development of nearly 30

reports within a 6 week time period. Held an active Secret clearance for

this position.

> U.S. Treasury Financial Crimes Enforcement Network - Led a Business

Intelligence team responsible for building a secure data warehouse, and

robust query and reporting web application for the Financial Crimes

Enforcement Network (FinCEN). FinCEN is responsible for enforcing the

Bank Secrecy Act, the US's primary prevention and detection mechanism for

money laundering and terrorist financing. Responsible for architecture

of Business Objects multi-tier, multi-server environment; deployment of

application in development, test, model office and production

environments. Solution development included universe design,

administration of security profiles using the Central Management Console,

report development with WebIntelligence and Crystal XI. Held an active

Secret clearance for this position.

> Navy ASN(RD&A) Dashboard - Designed and developed an executive decision

support system for the Navy ASN(RD&A) using Business Objects Enterprise 6

software. Responsible for all of areas of design, development, and

production support of the Dashboard. Extensive experience creating

universes with Designer, maintaining security profiles with Supervisor,

and building full-client reports with Business Objects. Responsible for

software upgrades, configuration and administration of the

WebIntelligence instance, and configuration of the Dashboard website.

Solution development included the use of Broadcast Agent Scheduler,

stored procedures, and report scripts to optimize performance. Held an

active Secret clearance for this position.

> PEO-IT Cross-FAM Data Exchange Pilot - The PEO-IT pilot is designed to

test leading enterprise integration approaches and end-user data access

methodologies to provide data sharing across the Functional Area

Management Teams (FAMs). Responsible for building a Business Objects

website to demonstrate the capabilities of the Business Objects

Enterprise 6 suite of business intelligence tools. Focus of the pilot is

to demonstrate both canned and ad-hoc reporting capabilities, and the

ability to limit data access based upon user roles. Developed

WebIntelligence and full-client (Business Objects) reports, and designed

the security and universe necessary to demonstrate the pilot objectives

using Supervisor and Designer, respectively.

Winstar Telecommunications Senior Consultant Jun 1998 - Apr 2002

Lead Object-Oriented Developer performing technical analysis, design and

application development for WinStar Telecommunications. Responsible for

the management and deployment of key system components, including cross-

system interfaces for Winstar's enterprise-wide order management/customer

management platform (CHOST). Utilized Workflow and EAI (Enterprise

Application Integration) technologies in an object-oriented development

environment. Managed systems development activities produced levels-of-

effort, multi-department project plans and schedules, and critical system

documentation. Participated in development of system strategic goals,

architecture and design. Key projects include:

> Lead Object-Oriented Developer - Lead developer for the design and

development of an interface between CHOST and Metasolv's
