. Uphold strict compliance guidelines by comparing each applicant's
credit information against the company's lending program to determine if

relationships with a base of 38 active dealerships in our market area, to

Management of Employees
. Directly oversee and coordinate the funding operations of 6 out of
state branches, including a total of 10+ employees, to ensure loans were
received, processed and purchased accurately and efficiently
. Successfully train all new employees in the Loan Processing
department to follow company compliance policy and adhere to established
Federal and State lending guidelines
Loan Processing
. Perform daily internal audits on as many as 10 indirect loan packages,
to check that contracts balance and are disclosed properly, all company
required documents are included and complete and vehicle service and
insurance products are filled out and meet State guidelines
. Responsible for conducting in depth interviews with applicants and
requesting any necessary
information vital for loan application decisions
. Verify and validate pertinent applicant information: proof of income
(pay stubs, tax returns, bank statements etc), insurance coverage on
collateral and verify employment and residence

missing documentation required to complete a loan
