Worked as a Hydraulic Maintenance Mechanic in the training period which includes on

field maintenance work of hydraulic and pneumatic systems used in cranes & chassis

system.

Identifying and preparing reports on crane systems and hydraulic systems that need

modifications.

In-hand experience of maintenance of tyre mounted cranes (i.e. with Telescopic

Boom).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintenance of fluid system: hydraulic motors, pumps, cylinder, valves etc.

Whenever tyre mounted crane comes for maintenance purpose, finding the problems in

operation of different hydraulic systems, oil leakages (i.e. Fault Finding) and

then finding available solutions & fix those problems & minimize oil leakages.

Ensure that inspection/maintenance activities are carried out on various mechanical

drives.

Making scheduled checks on hydraulic tyre mounted cranes and parts

Offer technical expertise to maintenance people like foreman, fitters and

technicians.

Supervise time critical equipment repairs.

Keeping managers informed of progress

Oiling, greasing and cleaning crane and parts

Responding immediately to breakdowns

Carrying out quality inspections

Assessing need of spare parts

Liaise with Coordinator to establish requirements
