My personal objectives as a young tradesman are taking on supervision or overseeing position where I am

most effective. Coming from a military background I am a leader and very effective at it. I sell myself on my

leadership and effective time management skills that are Marine Corps taught and disciplined. My effective

communication skills are as keen and punctual as my leadership skills.

Started as a basic laborer and worked my way to crew leader after proving my skills a technical knowledge

as well as effective leadership ability.

Maintenance Management specialist, my duties are to ship, receive, and effectively track parts and insure

maintenance to equipment is done in an effective and timely manner.

As a young Marine I have filled billets such squad leader, Fire team leader, and NCO in charge. All three

billets are leadership positions that I have filled proudly and very effectively as a leader of Marines. I

believe my military experiences have put me in the upper echelon of supervisory positions.

Skills

• My skills range from crafts to technical traits; I am a skilled drywall installer as well as roofer,

concrete, framing and foundation work. I know residential construction very well and very skilled at

the trade. I am also very knowledgeable of commercial construction as well and plan on becoming a

master of the knowledge in the very near future.
