I managed the 124th Civil Engineering Squadron Logistic Management Section for eighteen
years. I maintained financial control of the Production Control and Logistical Sections of the
Squadron. This included managing Construction and Facility Maintenance and Logistical
Support. I supervised the deployments and construction projects in Panama, Honduras, Korea,
England, and the US Virgin Islands. I administered material control, procurement, logistics, and
inspection activities associated for engineered equipment, systems, and materials in support of
the 124 CES. This included the managingf material control, procurement, logistics plans, and
executing those functions within established US Air Force plans, policies, and procedures. I
coordinated material management resources to support project operations. I evaluated, selected,
and routed material shipments in accordance with US Air Force procedures. I provided general
and direct supervision to material management specialists of the US Air Force. I worked with
project engineers in developing expedited status reports and coordinating activities of my logistic
section.
