Employment: 1987 - 1992 - State licensed in home daycare, over seeing 2

curriculum and the day to day operations including maintaining all state
ordinances.
1992 - 2000 - Founder and operator of T. O. C.,
Inc (Touch of Class) Cleaning Service. Duties included but were not limited
to securing new clients; oversee 4 fulltime employees, and three part time
employees, hire, fire, training, payroll, taxes, book keeping, marketing,
and research, banking, and licenses.
2001 - 2006 - Moved to Branson, MO to produce
the Charley Pride Tribute show witch ran successfully for three years. I
created the show, produced the show, and handled every aspect of the show
including the theater, marketing, promotions commercials, road shows book
keeping banking and taxes.
2006 - 2008 - Marriott Vacations at Branson's
call center, I started out as a sales representative selling Branson
vacation packages to end up three months later a floor supervisor. I sold
packages, closed sales for other employees, overseen thirty employees,
opened the morning meetings, kept up with the daily corporate data, and
enforced company policies.
2008 - 2010 - WellCare Health Insurance, a Medicare
replacement company. I took inbound calls for policy holders, doctors,
nurses, and other health care professionals. I handled 8 states including
Hawaii. I researched information in regards to questions and or issues,
claims and bills, resolved issues, while following strict guidelines for
state and federal regulations, documenting every call while on the call
and trying to keep each call under three minutes. I ran twelve different
commuter programs at the same time, each with its own password. All calls
were closely monitored and rated.
Special: I am currently working on a dual doctrine degree in criminology,
and philosophy, the science of psychology. I will have a B.A in political
science, and several associate degrees in language, world religion,
communication, and journalism.
Professional Qualifications: Consist of the day to day operations of a
small to mid size company, management, computer with over 20 different
programs including Dolby photo shop, public speaking, creating ads in print
and voice, sales, closing sales, training, communications to human
resources. I also type fifty words per minute and getting faster by the
day.
Awards: In my 25 years of working I have earned several promotions, I have
been employee of the month one hundred and seventeen times; I have been top
representative more that one hundred and twenty times, I have earned 9
quarterly top sales plaques, two hundred and two certificates for 3 sales
in a day, and $1480 in cash.
Goals: My goals are set high because the sky is the limit. I plan on
continuing my education until I obtain two separate doctor degrees, a
masters degree in political science, a bachelors degree, and three
associates degrees. I plan to run for political office, and win a Nobel
Peace Prize for the future contributions to the criminal justice system.
