. Responsible for the design, fabrication and implementation of

new machinery and modifications to old machinery for production.

Also responsible for managing a production dept. where resistors

and load banks are produced. Worked with the maintenance team to

ensure timely repairs to machinery utilizing the proper

equipment and trouble shooting major problems. Coordinate R&D

projects by assigning tasks and scheduling work. Responsible for

updating all CAD drawings for the resistor dept, and producing

CAD drawings for others to work from. Program PLC's and VSC's to

run various products.

trouble shooting, repair, maintenance and set up of "Rudi Hutt"

and "Morgan" assembly machines and "Torin" spring winders. Made

proper repairs through electrical and mechanical diagnostics.

Was responsible for a five man crew.
