physical and mechanical acceptability of public housing

units.

o Generate and monitor work orders, vacancies, purchasing,

hurricane emergencies.

o Input reports in the Miami Dade County-FEMA system to

ensure the precision.

o Supervise after-hours repairs for sites to ensure vendors

perform on contract specifications.
