Objective
Position myself within a highly ethical and reputable company to best
utilize my 20+ years of sales and customer service experience. I seek a

Work Experience
01/09-04/10 Bank of America, Loan Officer.
This position was located in a call center. My lead source was internal
calls from fellow employees of the bank. I generated applications over the
phone and offered Conventional, FHA and Equity Lines of credit. I
interviewed the customer to obtain all necessary financial data and asked
questions to be able to offer the customer the types of products that would
best fill their needs. I explained in great detail the products and pricing
available and took great effort to ensure customer understood what they
were applying for. Applications required a regular 10 day follow up with
each customer until the loan funded. I also got involved in problem
resolution within the file. I read scripts to ensure proper disclosures
required. Much of my business was following a call center protocol of
answering calls and providing customer service.
9-01-07 to present, Aflac, Insurance Agent.
I solicit supplemental health and life insurance to individuals as well as
businesses. I sell products, and then service the accounts with their
insurance needs, claims and questions. This entails customer service,
problem solving and performing sales presentations to individuals as well
as small/large groups and business owners.
Mortgage Wholesale Account Executive:
In this position I established a route of customers. I established
relationships with companies and individuals within the companies to sell
and service their mortgage lending needs. I conducted training, held sales
presentations, and pre-underwrote mortgage loan files, ensuring files fell
within product, company and legal guidelines. I also acted as the liaison
between the lender and the customer, resolving issues as needed. I offered
A paper as well as subprime products and equity loan.
