Current Role: Sr. Officer, Learning Shared Services Centre
. End to end support for virtual classroom sessions including hosting and
co-facilitation through WebEx.
. Developed a 100+ page WebEx user guide and trained multiple teams
globally across the Bank.
. Test the SABA Cloud environment and provide a detailed report on the
usage, modifications/improvements required based on the organization
