Re: Jason Hough

To whom it may Concern:

We have had the privilege of knowing Jason both professionally and

personally for nearly ten years. We ran a private practice, and of

course, had no "IT" department to assist us with various computer issues.

Jason's name was given to us, and we not only were happy with his work, but

we essentially put him on a retainer to keep us up and running at all

times!

He came to us to try and diagnose a network issue we couldn't solve that

had been put in by another person. He not only diagnosed the problem, but

completely re-wired and re-worked our network. We immediately went from a

"sort of" functioning computer system to a well-oiled machine. Jason was

always available to come in and help any of our staff, was available on the

phone, immediately got back to us for issues, and was excellent at training

all of us. He is patient, kind, and extremely knowledgeable.

There came a point where we decided to implement an EMR system, and of

course, needed to be HIPAA compliant. Jason was accredited in that, and

made our EMR system work well and we were compliant in every way with our

requirements. He established a large system of security for our computers

and our office, incorporating back-up systems, security cameras, etc.

It is my understanding that Jason has recently become CISSP certified,

which is quite an accomplishment in and of itself; we were not surprised to

hear that, though, as we know what the man is capable of. What we also

always appreciated about Jason was that he was dependable, reliable, and

honest. He has integrity, and he does what he says he'll do.

We both would have Jason work for us again in a heartbeat. One of the

greatest disappointments in closing our practice and moving was that we

were going to be too far away from Jason to take advantage of his

expertise!

Anyone that hired Jason would be happy they had done so; this is a

wonderful young man that would be an asset to any environment that needed a

knowledgeable, cool head to solve their problems.

Please feel free to contact us directly if you have any further questions.

My cell phone number is 320-***-****.

Sincerely,

Jay and Jan Collins

To Whom It May Concern:

I am writing as a professional reference for Jason Hough, Network

Administrator. I have worked with Jason for 2 & years and find him to be

very well-informed. I have observed his focused study habits as he

prepares for certification exams and I am impressed with his knowledge

base. When he is uncertain about something, he will research the issue

before giving a reply or opinion. He knows where to find the answers in a

timely manner.

Jason is very personable and pleasant to work with. He always has a smile

and is friendly and helpful. I really enjoy working with him.

I also had Jason work on my home PC. In addition to cleaning up my virus

and hardware issues, he offered me advice to keep my computer running

efficiently. I was so pleased with the results, that I had him work on my

net book and have recommended him to several friends and family members.

Additionally, he has made himself available for any questions or concerns

which may arise.

I highly recommend Jason to any company considering him for employment. He

will be a great asset to any business.
