• Assisted in Nursing Services as a Psychiatric Attendant/ Therapeutic Program Worker in a Forensic

Psychiatric facility providing direct care to mentally ill patients.

West Virginia State University – Disability Services Worker from Aug 2004- Dec 2007

• Worked as a college student under Disability Service Counselors on campus at Collegiate Support and

Counseling Center.

• Provided necessary accommodations to students with disabilities, typing handwritten letters for the Disability

Service Counselors, recorded textbooks on tape for blind students, delivered assignments on behalf of the

counselors to and from professors on campus. Escorted student’s to class and performed note-taking for

students with disabilities, and proctored test in a room where I read aloud tests for students in a relaxed

setting.
