PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

-Developed a unique licensed collection of fine jewelry to raise awareness and contributions for breast cancer under

BCA, Share the Care™ and Pink Stuff™.

NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

-Expanded the production/collections into gemstone categories for IJM CONSULTANTS, LTD., which previously

supplied solely cubic zirconia, thus growing the business 25% in the first year.

FACTORY CERTIFICATION

-Performed periodic spot inspections of existing factories, and pre-qualified new factories to become approved

suppliers for QVC JEWELRY MANUFACTURING.

QUALITY CONTROL

- Performed on-site production inspections for KOHL’S.

MATERIAL MANAGEMENT

-Monitored the inventory levels at LAGOS INC., of our pre-processed gold by coordinating the acquisition of gold, the

processing of tap & die and beading, and maintaining adequate levels from pre-existing and unexpected customer

orders.

PRODUCTION & INVENTORY CONTROL

-Controlled the inventory at LAGOS INC., of gemstones, gold and silver castings, findings and scraps; in addition to

coordinating the development of new products by managing NPD waxes, molds and models.

GEMSTONE PURCHASER

-Investigated new sources, managed inventory needs with perspective buying opportunities, and monitored the quality

of gemstones before and after setting.
