Outpatient Appointments Scheduling, Cancer Registration & MIS Reports

development, Printing Module, Billing & Claim Management, Patient Diabetes

Report Writer Portal, integrations with foreign applications.

. Coordinate with 3rd Party Application Providers for Integration with HIS

Application:

o HL7 Standard Healthcare Message Communication.

o XML, CSV format etc.

. Gathering information from Clients and define scope of work,

implementation plan, suggestions etc.

. Analysis, design & programming of HIS application modules.

. Maintaining close control of software model to ensure that all releases

have a planned delivery cycle.

. Additional responsibilities include evaluating & responding to tender

requirements and demonstrating HIS application to potential customers.

. Supporting/Enhancing present HIS System (Shared Medical System from

Siemens) running on all Government Hospitals/PHCs/Clinics under Dubai

Health Authority.

. Gathered information, designed and developed Patients Diabetes Monitoring

Portal. [in production since Jan 2010]

. Integrated Centaur D4W Dental System with HIS System using Siemens Open-

Link Integration Engine with support of HL7 Messages. [in production

since July 2009]

. Integrated AGFA RIS System with HIS System using Siemens Open-Link

Integration Engine with support of HL7 Messages. [in production since

April 2008]

. Designed and Developed Claim Management System Portal. [in production

since September 2007]

. Developed Knowledge Dirham additional service charges with the facility

of four additional services charging capabilities. [in production since

. Redesigned Invoice and other billing reports using crystal report. [in

. Redeveloped complete billing engine using Intersystems Cache Object

Scripts and Siemens Framework (Character based system over Unix
