assays for ultra-sensitive immunologic detection of proteins and
transcripts using liposome-based quantitative PCR reporters.
Approaches included nucleic acid isolation & hybridization, HPLC,
bioanalyzer electrophoresis, protease assays, bioconjugate strategies,
and histology. Trained junior staff; analyzed data, wrote reports,
funding proposals, protocols, and publications.
