NEW MINNESOTA TWINS BALLPARK STADIUM PROJECT - TARGET FIELD ($581 M)
. Successfully managed & completed multiple bid packages for Civil -
Demolition, Earthwork, Utilities, Road/Bridge/Street work, Landscaping
and Infrastructure to prepare the stadium site, connect stadium utilities
to public utilities and infrastructure upgrades to public
streets/sidewalks surrounding stadium to integrate public amenities &
transportation.
. Utility work consisted of providing for and connecting the stadium to all
public utilities - water, sanitary sewer and storm sewer. Within the
Stadium, there was other utility work that included a number of
underground water storage tanks/cisterns, storm water sewer, water lines
and temporary septic systems. Managed landscaping scopes of work that
provided for retaining walls, trees/shrubs/vegetation and underground
sprinkler system. Co-Managed the Storm Water Pollution & Prevention Plan
(SWPPP).
. Managed a number of site services (Dumpsters, Portable Toilets, Security,
Off Duty Police, Signage & Street-sweeping/Snowplowing) contracts to
support construction activities occurring in and around stadium.
Sept '04 to Feb '07: Project Manager / Principal Contract Administrator -
Metro Transit, Minneapolis, MN
. Project, Facilities and Design & Construction Management in the
Engineering & Facilities Department. Facilities upgrades, maintenance
and new/remodeling construction management to support bus and light rail
operations.
. Project/Owner's Representation management for the Design & Construction
of 4 multi-level high capacity parking structures from inception to
completion. Management duties included the process of purchasing the
property, acquiring & coordinating project approval and permitting
through the governing municipality. These park & ride structures were
generally a multi-use facility that serves both Bus & Light Rail
operations and have revenue generating businesses located within the
structure. Each park & ride generally included provisions for water
retention pond, bus turnaround, light rail platform & stop, public
utilities & amenities and landscaping.
. Construction Management & Administration on a number of landscaping
upgrades projects to existing park & rides and light rail platforms.
Generally, replacing and adding new trees/shrubs/vegetation as well as
adding retaining walls for ADA accessibility and underground sprinkler
systems.
. Facilities/Project Management for deferred maintenance & capital
improvement projects located in support facilities and bus & light rail

modifying existing HVAC & Electrical systems, remodels to work spaces,
