Technical Management Experience
Task: To evaluate the companies technical work processes and procedures and determine ways to increase the number of
output based on specific determining factors.
Achievements: During my period at Broadband I implemented a system of evaluation and repair that increased the
efficiency of a timed automatic circuit board for an inverter by upgrading the signal. Normal operation of this board would
take 15 minutes to test one unit. With the usage of the method I implemented it brought this time down to 30 seconds
without sacrificing quality; an increase of over 80 percent. At System Design Advantage, I assisted with getting the
company the A+ certifications needed in order to bring in more customers products for repair. This task had to be
completed within a three-month time frame. There was a specific method of training that I implemented in order to
concentrate on detailed topics that would be asked during the test. With this method the company has a 100% passing rate
and has the ability to bring in certain customers.
