OBJECTIVE
My main objective as a Safety Director would be to ensure that all company's safety policies are

I handle all employee safety training, recorded all accidents into a OSHA 300 program,
investigated all accidents and went over ways to avoid similar accidents in the future with the
injured employees. I performed job analysis reports and performed plant inspections. I ordered
all safety supplies. I organized safety meetings and random drug screening. I provided semi-
annual plant overview reports for the president of the company. I assisted in monitoring the
quality of our product to attain the most production we can without sacrificing the quality of our
product.
Finally I took part in the interviewing, hiring and terminating of employees.
