OBJECTIVE
To promote, assist, and direct teams in a collaborative effort, ensuring
the quality and integrity of programs within an organization is maintained
at an optimum level. Provide support and infrastructure for faculty and
staff. My proven management and leadership positions with civilians,
veterans, and active duty personnel in hospitals and clinics led me to want
to improve the quality of healthcare policies and its delivery systems.
My cumulative work in the healthcare industry has taught me to become a
better critical thinker, networker, motivator, and innovator. I possess
excellent counseling, listening, and general communication skills, along
with the ability to manage complex, sensitive information in a myriad of
subjects, including but not limited to healthcare, military, veterans,
community-based organizations, strategic planning, and diversity. I have
exceptional multi-tasking and organizational skills, which are imperative
when working closely with students, staff, and other professionals. My
ability to coach, provide supervision, and develop program policies,
procedures, and standards is what I do best.
