For the second time of recent work for ExxonMobil, I was hired in May 2012 to work for 15 Oil & Gas Projects

located in the Middle East with a high US dollar value and long duration. The work location was performed in

Houston, Texas in the Planning and Scheduling Controls using Primavera P-6. The Schedules included the E, P and

C activities in Levels 1 (as Summaries) and in Level 2 as semi-detailed Schedules. I was contracted as the Senior

Project Planning and Scheduling Specialist for the WQ1 or West Qurna # 1 for the 12 Off-Plots projects in Iraq.

I was contracted again as an ExxonMobil representative for the Off-Plots projects as Senior Planning and Scheduling

expert sent by my Company, Air Energi, on a W-2 Contract basis at $850 US dollars per work-day. During my tenure,

I have attended weekly ExxonMobil and Fluor meetings, having Fluor-Daniel as our main Contractor. I analyzed the

Engineering, Procurement and Construction / Commissioning activities prepared in Primavera P-6, versions 7.0 and

8.2, and after my analyses, I sent my comments to be incorporated by our Contractor and the Subs in the USA and

Overseas. Have also participated in “Schedule Integration” for the 15+ Off-plots Upstream projects included in the

West Qurna 1 project, in order to get an overall project schedule with all its component Elements logically and

properly “interconnected”.

Involved in the reporting and controls of the high level Stewardship SLM or VP’s Strategic Leadership Milestones for

each Project element, alerting top Management when deviations are anticipated, or when they started to occur.

Participated in evaluations of RFP’s or Request for Proposals and in specific Gates of decision made by the

ExxonMobil procedures on key events and Phases defined for each Project Element. Verified and took corrective

actions based on RAS, or Required at Site and ETA’s, Expected Time of Arrivals, for LLE, Long Lead Equipment and

materials to ensure they meet the dates for timely Construction and installations of MEP deliverables in the Baseline

schedules. Cognizant of the EVM or Earned Value Method, WBS, Man-hours, Critical Path methods, Productivity-

Contracted as Senior Project Scheduler to update a previous 2008 DOW project with Jacobs for the Cabana project in

Brazil. This project had been stopped 3 years ago, and we had to revise and re plan the EPC activities in Primavera

P6version R7 during the re start of the project with a new JV Company (undisclosed). A Dow Scheduling Engineer that

completed his former assignment in another project was sent to work on this project to continue with my temporary

scheduling work. Selected achievements:

• Completed the first pass of deliverables for Dow’s Gates 10 and 13 including re scheduling of major Milestones

followed by IPR’s, Permits and all the EPC activities in levels 1 and 2.

• Updated EPC activities and their Links, in Primavera P6R7 with emphasis in LL and High Value Equipment

• Participated in the scheduling and updates of L. Lead and High Value mechanical equipment specifications by

Engineers and Manufacturing Reps, to submit them to Purchasing with deadlines for closing the P.O.s.

• Blended the old schedule by Jacobs engineers, with the new E. P. and C. data for the re start of the Ethylene Chemical

Plant in Brazil, known as E2E. Prepared the scheduling portion of the first Monthly Report based on last period data,

the meeting minutes, and the Look Ahead Plans of the next 3 months of key work.
