PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE

. from 2009 to present : -Mechanical Engineering Technician-

-Free-lance in various companies-

-working on my own, operating

under a contract base. Execution of FAT/SAT, dimensional check,

installation, pre and commissioning, maintenance for manufacturer and

supplier of equipments, Engineering and production companies: Gas&Oil

separation plants, gas and flare-gas recovery systems, liquid ring systems,

vacuum units, separators, heat exchangers, pipelines, compressors and

pumps, pressure vessels, static equipments, Oil & Gas phase separators, gas

chilling and condensate recovery units. Main projects: UHDE & IOCL (Indian

Oil Company Ltd, Naphta Cracking plant proyect, Panipat, INDIA):

installation/erection -on the concrete basement- of different centrifugal

and liquid ring pumps and motor, erection or installation of different

horizontal threephases separators and heat exchangers (plate type),

blocking of the units to the ground -filling the anchor pockets by concrete

or resina, and execution of the grouting; allignament, vibration analisys,

connection to the pipework, check, by use of P&Id, of the related valves

and instruments, witnessing the calibration carried out by instrument

people; supervisoning or witnessing at all the pre-commissioning activities

with some run test and pressure test of the units; filling of all the

related paperwork and documents.

REPSOL Cartagena (with FLUOR and FOSTER W.) Proyecto C-10, refinery

expansion. Checked and adjusted some of the civil works done for the

installation of different units -static or rotative-; witnessed many case

opening for the inspection of the received equipments with preparation of

nonconformity documents, operate as trade union between engineering

offices and contractors supervisors for the scheduling of the field

activities and related safety needing, witnessed or supervisioned the

installation activities -with the necessary adjustament- of different

static (vessels, separators, pressure units and heat exchangers -pipe type-

) and rotative equipments -centrifugal pumps mainly-. Ground fixing after

topographic and planarity check, supervisioning of the installation or

realization of the necessary pipework. Grouting of the units. Paperwork

and/or documents filling.

. from 02/2008 to 10/2008: -Mechanical Engineering Technician-

LNG (on GBS structures)

-Mechanical commissioning

team engineer, contract base, for a huge LNG project/GBS structure -2 bln

dollars-, carried out in Spain. Final customer Adriatic LNG, project

managed by ExxonM. and AkerKvaerner: various LNG equipments, gas chilling

and condensate recovery units, reciprocate compressors (BOC units) heat

exchangers, regassificators, submerged pumps, sump pumps, gas or double

fuel turbines pre and commissioning, sewage water treatment plant, valves

and pipelines installation check, punch list, job statement,

precommissionig, running thorough a WinPCS program and Safe Work Permit

System; vendors support: material, plant air, fire fighting systems, tools

and instruments; support team for scaffolds, shaft alligneament and

lifting devices leading; these whole units intended for LNG treatment,

storage and distribution.

-Technician/Vendor. Pumps, blowers, separators,

heat exchangers, flare gas recovery systems. In different projects, Repsol

-South America and Spain(various refineries)- and BP -Plutonio Project in

companies in Estonia, Spain, India, etc.: installation check, Commissioning

and start-up, correspondence with Scope of Work, customer people training.

Customer, of course interfacing my activity with Customer Engineering,
