. Managed delivery of electric service to 15 new and expanding

Industrial plants

. Managed electric service contracts for 70 Ohio industries including

several million dollar accounts

. Worked with the facilities team to open a new 100,000 sq. ft.

manufacturing facility in Gaffney, South Carolina. Responsibilities

included equipment layout, designing and installing building

utilities, and implementing cost saving measures to keep the project

under budget.

. Developed maintenance procedures for fiberglass cutting equipment that

improved uptime & reliability

. Worked with the facility team to add a 30,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing

space to Navistar Columbus molding plant. Responsibilities included

design and installation of electrical, steam, chilled water, and

compressed air utilities and installation of compression molding

press.

. Specified and managed installation of demand control system that

trimmed 300 KW from Navistar Columbus facility

. Support of maintenance team through plant maintenance shutdown

. Revised operating procedures of a 2000 KW generator installation to

allow the facility to operate completely off the electric grid.

. Managed the facility team to open a 35,000 sq. ft. combined use

industrial facility in Orlando, Florida. Responsibilities included

supervision of all contractors involved and design engineering team

. Engineered and managed installation of robotic work cell to process

Navistar truck hoods.

that improved productivity and safety for logistics personnel on a

200,000 sq. ft. facility.

. Designed and managed installation of additional building electric

service that eliminated building overload

transfer of material.

. Engineered and installed variable speed drive on a process air
