the United States and Canada.

As an Engagement Manager, I am responsible for managing the primary service

delivery contract. Create agendas for and participate in meetings with key

C level client personnel to review and implement plans, resolve open

issues, and provide progress updates. Establish rapport with client and

ensure meetings with all levels of client organization occur on a regular
