PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
BOOZ ALLEN HAMILTON - MCLEAN, VA 2003 to Present
Executive Assistant to Vice President
Deliver dedicated, first-class administrative support to an executive of a leading strategy and technology
consulting firm, serving multiple federal government agencies and the military branches.
Coordinate executive calendars, schedule meetings and conference calls, and manage travel for Vice
President. Prepare timely, accurate expense reports. Provide updates in daily operations and matters
demanding executive response. Answer, screen and direct calls and provide superior customer service.
Key Contributions:
• Seamlessly organized the challenging schedules of up to 3 Principals, two of whom worked between
50% - 100% at the client site.
• Created a frequently-requested PowerPoint presentation, “How to Use an Admin,” as a guide for newly
promoted Principals to provide a smooth transition from doing everything themselves to relinquishing
control of the schedule and other administrative duties to their Executive Assistant.
• Managed the distribution of MS Project licenses for a functional team of approximately 1,000
employees.
• Serve on a Board Diversity Initiative team that created and implemented a New Hire Buddy and
Onboarding Program for our team of nearly 1,000. My contribution led to the development of a New
Hire Guide, which is now updated every 6 months and is given to all new hires.
• Managed a dynamic program to connect managers and new hires waiting for projects or clearance,
to provide meaningful work on short-term. To accomplish that goal, I enlisted the help of several of
these talented individuals to create a web page.
• Gathered up-to-date utilization data, recruiting updates, and assessment cycle updates for the bi-
weekly Leadership Team meetings and prepared the deck containing the data.
• Coordinated logistics for quarterly 360-degree assessment process, which included ordering food for
the day-long process, assigning reviewers, setting time-lines and checkpoints.
• Planned monthly All Hands Team meetings, as well as facilitated all-day off-sites. Assisted with deck
content, copies/binding, visual tools (projector and flip charts), and kept the facilitator on schedule.
• AWARDS for my contribution to the development of the Diversity Initiative New Hire Buddy and
Mentoring Circles programs, and for my contribution to the Awards Ceremonies.
