Directed construction of 1,200 new homes for United States Marine Corps on
Kaneohe Air Base, Hawaii. Oversaw work by prime contractors from
demolition of old homes to completion of entire residential communities.
Worked closely with prime contractors, including Hunt Builders, Coastal
Construction Company, Parsons and Delta Construction Company.

Responsible for drawing field shop drawings from construction plans,

Oversaw company's first privatization contract to build 910 houses valued
between $750,000 to $1,000,000 each for Navy at McGrew, Radford and Halsey
sites on Oahu near Pearl Harbor. Inspected and coordinated site work
infrastructure construction from foundation and framing to final occupancy.

budget of $34,000,000. Oversaw implementation of company's safety program

and scheduled inspection with county. Won Parade of Homes award for all
islands for units valued at $400,000.

Coordinated and constructed Waimanalo Kapuna Housing Project, $8,500,000
complex of 86 rental units and a community center built for Department of
Hawaiian Home Lands (DHHL) and the Office Of Hawaiian Affairs, (OHA).
Scheduled and directed activities of subcontractors, inspectors and MCCI
personnel, ensuring quality control adherence to state and federal
