Construction Field Manager, Honolulu, Hawaii 2007-2010

Directed construction of 1,200 new homes for United States Marine Corps on

Kaneohe Air Base, Hawaii. Oversaw work by prime contractors from

demolition of old homes to completion of entire residential communities.

Worked closely with prime contractors, including Hunt Builders, Coastal

Construction Company, Parsons and Delta Construction Company.

MARYL CONSTRUCTION, INC.

Superintendent, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii 2007

Responsible for drawing field shop drawings from construction plans,

specifications, as well as additional related information. Worked in

conjunction with project management staff, subcontractors, vendors, as well

as local and state agencies.

Construction Field Manager, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii 2004-2005

Oversaw company's first privatization contract to build 910 houses valued

between $750,000 to $1,000,000 each for Navy at McGrew, Radford and Halsey

sites on Oahu near Pearl Harbor. Inspected and coordinated site work

infrastructure construction from foundation and framing to final occupancy.

Directed construction activities conducted by contractors involved.

METCALF CONSTRUCTION COMPANY INC.

Superintendent of Construction, Kaneohe Marine Corps Base, Hawaii 2004

Scheduled and ensured quality completion of installation of site utilities,

water, sewer, storm drains and underground electrical of 212 duplex units

for Marines. Oversaw and coordinated building pad construction as well as

budget of $34,000,000. Oversaw implementation of company's safety program

project wide. Scheduled construction activities for vertical construction

and scheduled inspection with county. Won Parade of Homes award for all

islands for units valued at $400,000.

Superintendent of Construction, Waimanalo, Hawaii 2000-2002

Coordinated and constructed Waimanalo Kapuna Housing Project, $8,500,000

complex of 86 rental units and a community center built for Department of

Hawaiian Home Lands (DHHL) and the Office Of Hawaiian Affairs, (OHA).

Scheduled and directed activities of subcontractors, inspectors and MCCI

personnel, ensuring quality control adherence to state and federal

requirements.
