. Under the IBM Z/OS platform, developed Automated Check Handling (ACH)
system, using COBOL language, and JCL procedures. Interacted with
multiple teams at NRECA so that the daily member contribution records
including 401-K contribution records, pension contribution records,
and IRA contribution records are consolidated, and transmitted to
State Street Bank (SSB) in Boston via the BizTalk Server. Responsible
for the ACH system that transfers 2 to 8 million dollars daily from
various banks to the State Street Bank in Boston. The project is
completed with great success.
. Maintained existing COBOL computer programs, JCL procedures and jobs,
solved COBOL and Ideal program run time errors, corrected COBOL and
Ideal computational programming errors, used COBOL Report Writer and
developed new reports. By using JCL, developed new procedure and jobs
to invoke Fusion and FTP programs so that the files are delivered to
Internet and Intranet web servers. Corrected numerous data-integrity
problems in the BAS system database by identifying missing records,
duplicate records, inaccurate records, and corrected the data errors
by using newly developed SQL procedures, newly developed COBOL
programs, and newly developed JCL procedures and jobs.

processing due to inter-system development short falls. Developed new

Served as Technical Project Manager for the CALL Report System at the
Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). FDIC Call Report is a complex
multi-platform automated financial reporting system that is used by the
FDIC to collect the US commercial banks' quarterly financial data (Reports
of Condition and Income, also known as Call Reports). Four times a year,
more than 8,000 US commercial banks and 1,000 Federal Reserve Board (FRB)
supervised banks submit reports electronically to the FDIC and FRB. The
reported financial data items saved in the FDIC and FRB databases. Call
Reports databases reside on Microsoft SQL server, IBM-DB2, and CA-DATACOM
databases. The Call Reports online databases consists data collected from
1984, with more than 2,000 data items for each bank per quarter.
