Re: Front Office Assistant
Dear Sir / Madam:
In today's customer service oriented society, timely, friendly, proactive
service is sought
to enhance future business growth. Customer loyalty is always impacted
when you employ
the right service professional to represent you when assisting your valued
customers.
An Administrative Assistant is a major contributor to customer
satisfaction. Just as important as, or maybe more important than cost. If
a customer isn't receiving a level of service that meets or exceeds his or
her expectations, that customer won't be a customer for very long. In
addition, that customer's experience with your company may affect how
potential customers in the marketplace view your company. People do talk
and share information. This may effect not only profits but future sales
as well. In many instances service may be the one thing that
distinguishes a company from the competition.
My long term experience in the service industry as a Customer Service
Representative
and Administrative/Assistant has taught me how to meet and exceed each
customer's expectations with service. I have assisted in all types of
administrative situations and with customers in all kinds of diverse
settings. I realize that acquiring and maintaining customers as well as
spreading the word of satisfaction of loyal patrons is of the utmost
importance in every situation. Assisting in positioning a company for
better exposure and greater marketability is a task that I have
accomplished with success many times.
I would hope that my 'Work Experience' as a Customer Service
Representative/Dispatcher and an Administrator of a Trucking Company, and
as a would be seen as a positive because I have continually dealt with many
divergent problems and the resolution of those problems successfully.
It would be a pleasure to interview with you and I look forward to hearing
from you soon.
Very Sincerely,
Ronald Soychak
