Director, Enterprise Applications

Responsibilities included maintenance, enhancement and 7/24 support of

Merchandising, Supply Chain, HR/Payroll and Finance business applications

for this 250 store grocery business. Save Mart is a privately held, 3

banner company (Lucky, Save Mart, FoodMaxx) with over 23 thousand employees

and 5 billion in annual sales. UNIX/Oracle, ISeries/RPG, purchased

application software, MYSQL/LINUX, and GIS, environments.

> Led the team integrating item and pricing data from newly acquired

Northern California Albertsons (128 stores) at the pace of 8 stores a

week. Directed conversion team converting 13,000 union and non-union

employees to the Save Mart Infinium Payroll and HR systems. This

complicated effort was completed within a 2 month period prior to

acquisition date for a week one execution.

> Created a cohesive and very productive team of senior analysts, and

technical staff, (13 direct reports) who worked closely with the business

leaders to support multiple strategic projects parallel to supporting

over 30 systems. Member of the Save Mart Change the Business Strategy

Team parallel to managing the group keeping the current business systems

in top notch condition.
