I worked with CME FCU for 2 years and 6 months. I was hired as Member Service Representative. Within short time

I was promoted to Back-Up Lead MSR position which oversees the branch when Lead MSR is not present and later

I was promoted to Lead MSR position. As a Lead MSR I was responsible for my employees, members and the

operation part of the branches I was assigned. I was the Lead MSR for year and half before stepping down as MSR.

As MSR I help members with their transactions without error as well maintenance on their accounts. For example: I

order checks, pin number and plastic cards for member. I assist members with their home banking and balancing their

check books. When members have problems I solve it by following policies and procedures that is provided. I am

team player. If my coworker needs assistance I help out. I balance the branch when Lead MSR is not present. If

some things needs to be done I do it without being told.
