Assessed the Dental Assistant and Patient Service Representative staffing
needs for 40 offices nationwide, stayed abreast of changes in state
requirements for Dental Assisting, qualified and pre-screened candidates
based on position requirements, scheduled second interviews with
management. I offered positions, negotiated salary, created and reviewed
offers of employment, scheduled training and travel as necessary. I
maintained a relationship with the temping agencies to place candidates for
temporary employment and negotiate contract buy-outs if needed.
To source candidates I assessed and utilized resume database, online and
print sources.
My positions allowed me to dapple in other areas of Human Resources outside
of Recruitment. I worked closely with the Employee Relations Coordinator to
manage and document employee issues, and aided the Director of Operations
with evaluation and determination of employee reviews.
