● Converted accounting system to Microsoft Dynamics and automated financial report process
with FRx Report Writer. Standardized the chart of accounts across divisions and absorbed the
accounting functions of the institutional pharmacy division with Home Office staff. The
centralization of systems reduced EOM close cycle from 25 days to 10 days, resulting in annual
cost savings in excess of $250,000 and reduced general ledger head count by 70%.
● Implemented paperless accounts payable and ADP payroll system, removing facility
administration resulting in annual cost savings of $475,000 an 82% reduction in facility

● Began the implementation of an integrated electronic charting system and billing software
(testing scheduled for Jan 2012). Centralizing billing functions at Home Office will improve

● Refinanced $60M of debt with, GE Capital simplifying covenant monitoring and creating
excess borrowing capacity to fund future acquisitions. Oversaw collection of due diligence data

● Acquired over $30M of assets with four properties and two operating companies using equity
infused from Japanese Limited Liability Partners. Responsible for integrating acquisitions with

● Headed team responsible for the design and the successful rewrite of COBOL budget system

over 1,000 Beverly locations automating the collection of information maintained separately by
